Eric was very helpful and patient with me! The quality is very nice and there aren't that much mistakes for a big batch. However, I encourage others to use a forwarder rather than the usual popular shipping options.

While communication was great and they were nice, there was just some mishaps that didn’t sit well with me. For one they used a darker color of fabric than the one used for my sample when making the bulk order. Two, they “accidentally” made 100 more plushies than I ordered and asked for me to purchase them. Three, when I received my sample it was missing a key element… the keychain. When I brought it up to them they reassured me that the bulks will have them…I said ok. Imagine my shock when they tell me they “finished” the bulks and I see that none of them had the keychain! They said they made the bulks before confirming the sample. So then I had to wait another month for them to fix all of them because they also went on holiday. After all that I finally received my order and it’s different than my sample. For the hair of my plushies they used a really thick material instead of a thin piece which I dislike and kinda ruins the plushie. This was my first time making plushies
